Edtremely rare condition of having two penises

 A toddler in Brazil born with diphallia—an extremely rare condition of having two penises—underwent a unique surgery.

 Affecting only one in 6 million births, the case presented a difficult choice for doctors.

Surprisingly, surgeons decided to remove the larger penis. Tests revealed that the smaller, right penis functioned normally, while the larger, left one had an incomplete urethra. 

This defect posed high risks for future infections and kidney damage. Prioritizing the child's long-term health and function over size, the medical team successfully removed the larger, defective organ.
